A truly rare and desirable example of the J. J. Walworth & Company patented combination wrench, carrying the August 8, 1882 patent date and measuring 6 inches in length. Walworth—best known for pioneering the modern pipe wrench—produced a number of inventive small combination tools, but this particular pattern is one of the hardest to find.

What makes this example especially significant is the presence of the integral screwdriver at the end of the handle. Only a very small number of surviving Walworth combination wrenches retain this feature; most known examples lack the screwdriver entirely, making this a standout piece for advanced collectors.
