A clean and complete C. E. Jennings boxed edge‑tool set, retaining its original fitted wooden box and the classic bulbous ebonized handles that define these early Jennings tools. The set includes two beveled‑edge chisels, one parting tool, and one drawknife, all correctly marked Jennings and all matching in handle style and period character.

Also found in the box—though not Jennings‑marked—are a third chisel identical in form and finish, along with a scratch awl, both carrying the same ebonized bulbous handles. These two extra tools have no designated slots in the fitted interior but clearly accompanied the set and visually match it perfectly.
