The No. 36 is one of Stanley’s classic cast‑iron levels, featuring dual plumb vials and a center level vial, all housed in a finely machined, japanned iron frame.
This example is unused, with crisp edges, clean japanning, bright vials, and none of the wear typically seen on surviving examples. The original box is a major bonus — seldom found intact — and adds tremendous collector appeal.
