Sheffield made hand forged adzes by Henry Taylor for single handed use.
There is a choice of 3 adzes, this one a 50mm (2″) curved edge (like a gouge).
At the other end to the cutting edge is a square faced hammer poll.
All the adzes have an ash handle of 250mm (about 10″) .
The overall head size (from the square face of the hammer poll to the cutting edge) is 175mm (about 7″)
